This clown is going to be released in June after only 3 years. most get 8 years for rape, just goes to show in Australia you can kill someone but not rape them. SUCKS!

Appeal thrown out of court

Great news, 3 Judges have made the decision to throw out this clowns appeal, say violence against women Australia says NO!. Hope he gets what he deserves in prison.

This guy has placed an appeal to get out of what he did, the only trouble is that when he left the flat he put a cushion from the couch under Nola's head. When he and his family returned later that day his sister in law put the cushion back on the couch, not soaked in blood. Therefore she was dead before he left. MURDERER
